Skyline Media Co. ("Skyline," "we," "us") is a cinematography collective based in Bozeman, Montana, operating this website at skylinemedia.co.

Contact form: when you reach out through our contact page we collect the name, email, phone number, project details, and any other information you choose to include so we can respond to your enquiry.

Bookings: when you reserve race coverage we collect the booking details you enter and, where applicable, a vehicle photo you upload. Payment is processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number. See "Payments" below.

Like most websites, we and our providers may collect limited technical information automatically — such as IP address, browser and device type, referring pages, and interactions with the site — through cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for detail and your choices.

We use the information above to respond to enquiries, provide and administer bookings, process payments, prevent fraud and abuse, operate and improve the site, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Card payments and deposits are handled by Stripe, Inc. Your card details are submitted directly to Stripe and processed under Stripe's privacy policy and security standards. We receive confirmation of payment and limited transaction metadata, not your full card details.

We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our payment processor (Stripe), email and hosting providers, and file-storage for uploaded photos — and only as needed to perform those services on our behalf.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Skyline or others.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here — to respond to your enquiry, fulfil a booking, and satisfy legal, tax, and accounting requirements — after which we delete or anonymise it. [Confirm specific retention periods with counsel.]
